...all this you will find at the Matzhof in Welschnofen. All of our animals look forward to meeting your children - cows, calfs, sheep, goats, pigs, rabbits, horses.
A beautiful playground awaits our guests children, far from the road, with swings, slide, sand playarea, etc. Should the weather not allow playing outside, we also have an indoor play area with many games.
In main season (in summer), once a week you can join a family cycling day with Krauti's Bike Academy.

Hello, we are Leoni and Jonas, the child's from Matzhof! Since we are at the holidayfarm, our parents know what children expect from a familyparadise.
A family holiday at Matzhof means days full of experiences for children and the recipe is very simple: Wait until the start of the holidays, take two or three brothers or sisters, a backbag full of a thirst for adventure, round it of with some curiosity, pack it in all in the car, drive the car to Welschnofen in the dolomites, unpack it again at Matzhof and then enjoy pure nature, family fun and warm hospitality with your host family Kaufmann.
At Matzhof you can join us, when we feed the sheep, chickens, horses and many other animals that belong to our father Georg on the family farm in Eggental, or when our mother Judith prepares marmelade, bread and other tasty tidbits.
And also your parents know that our farm owns the title "family friendly", the following list is all the things that make the Matzhof so interesting for the whole family:

Road safe situation of the farm
Any potential danger spots for babies and children are made safe. Baby and children equipment is made available at your request (babies sleeping crib, high chair, baby intercom, potty, nappy changer, bottle heater, baby bath tub,…). There is full laundry service available.
The farm has a playground for children aged 0-12 years, far away from the road. There is also a childrens own indoor playroom with books, toys, games for every age group. We also have balls, plasticine, make up, paper, games, childrens books and drawing and painting supplies. You can touch the small animals (rabbits, goats, sheep,…).
