A very warm welcome to all at the Matzhof in Welschnofen
in the beautiful rosegarden (Rosengarten) Latemar area in south tyrolia
(Südtirol) - the heart of the dolomites.
You will experience a complete, relaxing holiday in well preserved nature and warm
hospitality on our farm, which is situated in the middle of Rosengarten - Latemar holiday region.
Modern, private, comfortable and spacious apartments offering you an ideal start with hiking,
mountainbiking and relaxing in the summer months and in the winter months the snow beckons
just 350 meters away in the ski area Welschnofen Karerrsee, inviting you to ski, cross country ski,
tobogganning and snowshoe-hiking.
In the evenings whilst adults enjoy the comfort of the lounge, the kids can enjoy their
own playroom in the apartment. Also a safe playground outside, with fine views of the dolomite
peaks of the Latemar, guaranteeing your family relaxing pleasure.
Weither you are looking for relaxation, recuperation or a proactive alpine holiday,
you will find at the Matzhof everything you need for the most beautiful days of the year.
And before the sun sets at 9 pm in summer viewed from our balcony,
you can join together with Georg, Judith and Leonie to feed the many cows, sheep, goats,
chickens, horses etc.
