The Arnika apartment, with a living area of 57 m², is comfortably and tastefully furnished. It features two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed – ideal for families or couples who value privacy.
The bright living area invites you to relax with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen satellite TV. The spacious and fully equipped kitchenette offers everything you need for cooking or a light snack: a four-burner induction hob, coffee machine with pods, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a cozy dining area. Fresh produce is available in the on-site farm shop or in the nearby village center, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, separate bidet, and WC. A special highlight is the south-facing balcony, offering a magnificent view of the Latemar mountain peaks.
Upon request, we are happy to provide a microwave and children’s equipment.
All of our apartments are non-smoking.
Pets are welcome on request.

The prices are based on 2 persons per day, with a minimum stay of 6 nights. For stays of fewer than 6 nights, a surcharge of € 10.00 per person per day applies. The prices include the Matzhof inclusive services.
Each additional person per day: valid for a minimum stay of 6 nights (for stays of fewer than 6 nights, a surcharge of € 10.00 per person per day applies).

Tourist Tax
In addition to the accommodation price, a tourist tax of € 2.40 per person per night is charged.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
The tourist tax is payable upon departure and will be shown separately on the invoice.
The revenue from the tourist tax is used for the maintenance and development of local infrastructure and services, as well as to support cultural and sporting events in the region.
