Thick low stratus clouds persists in many valleys with some raindrops falling in places. The best chances of sunshine will be on the mountains in the Vinschgau Valley or in the upper Puster Valley.

The highest temperatures are between 4° and 9°.

Although the air pressure will rise, the lower layers of air close to the ground will remain moist.
In the central mountain groups from Ulten via the Sarntal to the Stubai and Zillertal Alps, low clouds will mostly ensure cloudy conditions, with the occasional snowflake. On the mountains in the Venosta Valley and towards the Sesto Dolomites, however, the day is often sunny.
