The Salbei apartment, with a living area of 60 m², is comfortably and elegantly furnished, offering plenty of space for a relaxing stay. It features two separate bedrooms, each with a cozy double bed – ideal for families or couples who value privacy.
The bright living area, equipped with a double sofa bed and flat-screen satellite TV, invites you to relax and provides all the comforts of a modern holiday apartment. The spacious and fully equipped kitchenette includes a four-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (pods), and a cozy dining area – perfect for a light snack or cooking together. Fresh produce is available in the on-site farm shop or in the nearby village center, just a few minutes’ walk away.
The modern bathroom features a shower, separate bidet, and WC. A true highlight is the south-facing balcony, offering an unparalleled view of the stunning Latemar peaks.
Upon request, we are happy to provide a microwave and children’s equipment.

The prices are based on 2 persons per day, with a minimum stay of 6 nights. For stays of fewer than 6 nights, a surcharge of € 10.00 per person per day applies. The prices include the Matzhof inclusive services.
Each additional person per day: valid for a minimum stay of 6 nights (for stays of fewer than 6 nights, a surcharge of € 10.00 per person per day applies).

Tourist Tax
In addition to the accommodation price, a tourist tax of € 2.40 per person per night is charged.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
The tourist tax is payable upon departure and will be shown separately on the invoice.
The revenue from the tourist tax is used for the maintenance and development of local infrastructure and services, as well as to support cultural and sporting events in the region.
