The Rosmary apartment, with a living area of 60 m², is comfortably and thoughtfully furnished, offering plenty of space for a relaxing stay. It features two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, ensuring peace and privacy.
The bright living area is equipped with a double sofa bed and a flat-screen satellite TV, perfect for relaxing. The spacious and modern kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired: a four-burner induction hob, coffee machine (pods), fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and a cozy dining area make cooking and dining especially enjoyable. Fresh produce is available in the on-site farm shop or in the village center, just a few minutes’ walk away.
The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and WC. A true highlight is the terrace with direct access to the lawn, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the Latemar peaks.
Upon request, we are happy to provide a microwave and children’s equipment.
All our holiday apartments are non-smoking.
Prices & Services
The stated prices apply to 2 persons per day, with a minimum stay of 6 nights, and already include the Matzhof inclusive services.
For shorter stays, we reserve the right to charge a supplement of € 10.00 per person per day.

Tourist Tax
In addition to the accommodation price, a tourist tax of € 2.40 per person per night is charged.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.
The tourist tax is payable upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
The revenue from the tourist tax is used to maintain and further develop local infrastructure and services, as well as to support cultural and sporting events in the region.
