A cancellation is unpleasant - for you and for us!
There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the consumer protection codex - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- if you cancel up to 60 days before the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained
- in case of cancellation between 59 and 4 days before the beginning of the holiday, *75% of the total cost of the booked apartment,
- in the event of cancellation from the 3rd day before the start of the holiday, non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, *100% will be charged
