Lavender - Holiday Apartment

The Lavender attic apartment, with a living area of 57 m², is comfortably and thoughtfully furnished, offering plenty of space for a relaxing stay. It features two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and the option of an extra bed.

The cozy living area, with a double sofa bed and flat-screen satellite TV, invites you to unwind. The spacious and fully equipped kitchenette, with a four-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (pods), and a comfortable dining area, is perfect for preparing both light snacks and full meals. Fresh produce is available in the on-site farm shop or in the nearby village center, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

The modern bathroom features a shower, WC, and bidet. From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding meadows and forests.

Upon request, we are happy to provide a microwave and children’s equipment.

All our apartments are non-smoking.

Pets are welcome on request.

Prices & Services
The stated prices apply to 2 persons per day, with a minimum stay of 6 nights, and already include the Matzhof inclusive services.

For shorter stays, we reserve the right to charge a supplement of € 10.00 per person per day.

Additional Guests
For each additional person, a daily surcharge applies (also valid with a minimum stay of 6 nights).

Tourist Tax
In addition to the accommodation price, a tourist tax of € 2.40 per person per night is charged.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax.

The tourist tax is payable upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

The revenue from the tourist tax is used to maintain and further develop local infrastructure and services, as well as to support cultural and sporting events in the region.
