Elderberry Preserve – Intense Berry Flavour from Nature
Our high-quality elderberry preserve is made from the berries of the elder tree. Around the Matzhof farm, numerous elder bushes can be found, whose ripe berries are carefully harvested and gently processed. The result is a particularly aromatic preserve with a rich and fruity flavour.
With a fruit content of 70%, this preserve impresses with its full-bodied character and pleasantly balanced sweetness. Perfect as a spread, for breakfast, pastries, yogurt, or to enhance desserts.
Ingredients: elderberries (70%), sugar, gelling agent: apple pectin
