Welcome to the Matzhof – a place where children can enjoy real adventures!
A family holiday on our farm means lots and lots of wonderful experiences. The recipe is simple: wait for the holidays, pack your parents and siblings, add a backpack full of adventure spirit, mix everything with a pinch of curiosity, head to the Dolomites and to Nova Levante – and your holiday fun can begin!
Here at the Matzhof, you can join in when the sheep, cows, pigs, horses, chickens and many other animals are fed. And while you get to know all our furry and feathered friends, our farmer Judith prepares delicious treats for you – like homemade jam, fresh bread and many other goodies.
To show your parents why our farm truly deserves the label “family-friendly”, here are some great reasons:
- The farm is in a safe location, and any potential hazards for children and babies are secured.
- Baby- and child-friendly equipment is available on request (cot, highchair, baby monitor, potty, changing table, bottle warmer, baby bathtub…).
- There is a playground for children aged 0–12, safely away from the road. (From mid-June to the end of August, there is also a paddling pool.)
- Laundry can be washed, dried and ironed.
- Children can enjoy a dedicated playroom with books, board games, toys and activities for all ages.
- Balls, paper, board games, children’s books and colouring books are also provided.
- Small animals can be petted and experienced up close (such as rabbits and goats).
