From the south, thicker cloud fields will move in as the day progresses and the sun will only rarely appear.

After a frosty morning, temperatures will rise to between 1° and 7°.

The weak high will continue to dominate the weather.
The sun will shine at times on the mountains of the main Alpine ridge. In the southern and western mountain groups, denser clouds will move in from the south.

Moist air masses will reach the Alpine region from a low over central Italy.
During the day, it will become overcast everywhere and light snowfall will start from the south. However, only a few centimeters of fresh snow in total, with most of it falling along the border with Trentino and Veneto, as well as in Ulten.

On Thursday, the clouds will break up and it will be increasingly cloudy. Friday will continue with plenty of sunshine. Bright sunshine is also expected on Saturday. There will be no significant change on Sunday and it will remain very sunny.
